Your role. The overall objective is to keep assigned clients happy at a level that they can refer SabirCo to their network without any requests on our side. The main role includes but is not limited to;

- New clients onboardings and setups
- Monthly and quarterly closing of books
- Assist in annual audits and tax return filings of the clients
- Drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements
- Development of financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts
- Compiling and analyzing financial information
- Transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
- Any other roles assigned by the management

The qualifications.

- CA Inter/ CA Finalist / ACCA Member with experience of at least 3 years
- Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management including the ability (along with the team) to prepare financial statements
- Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare and review general ledger, journal entries, records in accordance with GAAP, etc.
- Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity and to improve accounting processes & procedures
- Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work with team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget

Salary and compensation

- The salary range is between PKR50,000 to PKR 75,000 based on skills, experience, and application knowledge.
- Salary increment after every 6 months based on quarterly performance reviews
- Annual performance bonus
- Overtime, 2x hourly rate if worked more than 160 hours
- Exam leaves
