Your role. The overall objective is to keep assigned clients happy at a level that they can refer SabirCo to their network without any requests on our side. The main role includes but is not limited to the following;

- Supervising assigned team members
- Accounting and financial projects
- Assisting our clients with reconciling accounts and closing their books
- Drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements
- Developing financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts
- Compiling and analyzing financial information
- Completing technical accounting research and preparation of white papers on accounting positions
- Transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
- Providing and preparing financial information requests for clients
- Formal business development (prospecting to close) and Relationship building
- Any other roles assigned by the management

The qualifications.

- The educational qualification of the desired applicant should be one of the following;
- – Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience working with reputable international audit/consultancy firms
- – Certified Public Accountant (US), ACCA or CIMA member having at least 5 years of post-membership experience in a managerial position
- – Masters in business, accounting, or finance having at least 7 years of working experience with international corporations in a managerial position
- Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management including the ability (along with the team) to prepare financial statements
- Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare, and review general ledger, journal entries, records in accordance with GAAP, etc.
- Technological skills and openness to new ideas, taking initiatives necessary to implement constant improvements in the system.
- Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity and to improve accounting processes & procedures
- Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Ability to supervise team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget
